Siberian Husky is a breed of dog that originated from the coldest region of Siberia (Russia). Would a city like New Delhi be a good place to rear such a breed of dog?

Siberian Huskies have  thick skin and fur that work well in cold places, not in hot ones like New Delhi. Their thick fur keeps them warm in freezing weather by trapping heat close to their bodies. But in hot places like Delhi, they can suffer from heat stroke because their fur makes them too hot. They would need cool, air-conditioned spaces to stay comfortable.
