The Central Bank of the UAE is in charge of making and managing this currency. You can find Dirhams in paper notes of different values: 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1,000. There are also coins of 1, 25, and 50 fils. The AED is known for being a very stable currency in the world.
