A saturated solution is one in which no more solute can be dissolved at any given temperature. The dissolved and undissolved solutes are in balance in a saturated solution. Any additional solute added will precipitate at the bottom of the container.
At 300 K, 100 g of a solvent can dissolve a maximum of 50 g of a specific solute. At 300 K, the solution obtained by dissolving 50 g of that solute in 100 g of that solvent is called a saturated solution.
Saturated solution is the solution in which no more solute can be dissolved after a particular temperature.
