NCERT provides three Hindi books for 7th-grade students: Vasant, Durva, and Mahabharat. Each of these books contains different content than the other. Students should go through these books and start the exercises at the end of the chapter.
The first volume of NCERT Class 7 Hindi book, Vasant, is a collection of stories and poetry of famous people. There are about 20 chapters in this textbook. The follow-up book Durva contains, among other things, folktales, translated excerpts, stories, poetry, and instructive chapters. This book has 18 chapters. Mahabharata is the last Hindi book for class 7. It tells the story of Ved Vyasa, the son of Maharishi Prashar, who wrote the famous epic. Every chapter in NCERT books contains important text questions that students must attempt and answer correctly.
