Q. Will CBSE give marks for just attempting questions?

CBSE does not award marks for merely attempting a question if the answer is completely incorrect.

However, partial marks are awarded for correct steps, logic, or relevant explanations.

This applies especially to subjects like Mathematics, Science, and Accountancy.

Students are advised to attempt all questions meaningfully to maximize scoring.
