Full form of POC

The full form of a POC is a Proof of Concept. A POC is an example that demonstrates that theories or concepts have the ability to be implemented in the real world. In short, a POC is proof that a product or project is realistic and valuable enough to justify the expense required to create it.

Thus, POC is a test aimed at assessing feasibility, but does not represent performance. Project managers use POCs to identify process gaps that could hinder product success. POC is also defined as proof of principle.

Advantages of POC

  • It allows you to find various technical and other problems in the future. It allows users to have ideas and suggestions early in the development process to minimize side effects.
  • Users can get a guarantee that your idea, plan or strategic thinking is worth the effort.
  • Users could save their revenue by not spending it on a concept or idea that is not feasible.
