FCI AGM Eligibility Criteria 2022 - Age Limit, Educational Requirements

Age limit:

As of January 1, 2022, aspirants must be 30 years old for Assistant General Manager (General Administration), 28 years old for Assistant General Manager (Technical, Accounts), and 33 years old for Assistant General Manager (Law).

Age Relaxation:

• For SC/ST - 5 Years.
• For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)- 3 Years.
• For PwBD- 10 years (General), 13 years (OBC), and 15 years (SC/ST)
• For Departmental (FCI) Employee- 50 years.

Education Qualification:

 For the Assistant Director General (General Administration), the candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree or equivalent from an Institution recognized/recognized University by Central Government A and with a minimum of 55 per cent marks or ACA/AICWA/ACS OR and Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.

 Candidate for Assistant General Manager (Technical) must have B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University with a minimum score of 55 per cent. Or B.Tech or B.E in Food Science from a recognized University/AICTE approved institution with a minimum of 55 per cent marks or B. Tech or B.E in Food Science & Technology, Food Technology, or Food Processing Technology from a recognized University/approved institution, AICTE, with a minimum of 55 percent marks.

 Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India is required for the post of Assistant General Manager (Accounts).

 For the Assistant General Manager (Law) position, the candidate must have a full-time law degree from a recognized university/institution and at least five years of experience as an advocate in civil matters, representing his clients at least three times each year.
