Candidature Types in MHT CET Eligibility 2025
The MHT CET 2025 eligibility criteria vary based on the type of candidature:

MHT CET Eligibility for Minority and Border Area Candidates
- Minority Candidates: Should belong to a specific linguistic or religious minority community in Maharashtra, as notified by the government.
- Maharashtra-Karnataka Border Area Candidates: Must be domiciled in the disputed area, have passed the 10+2 exam from a school in that area, and should have Marathi as their mother tongue.
Eligibility for Wards of Defense Personnel
- Wards/Spouses/Children of former or serving defense personnel from Maharashtra are eligible under specific conditions.
