" Masters in Computer Application is the full form of MCA". This is a 3-year postgraduate course. To pursue MCA, you must be a graduate from a recognized university after completing 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject to apply for this course.

Duration of MCA Course

The duration of MCA course was 2 years from 2020 in which there will be 4 semesters and now the concept of lateral entry has been abolished.

During the MCA course, students study subjects related to network software and computer application hardware. Some important topics like PHP, .net technologies, database management, network models, application development, cyber security, Linux programming, web application development, software testing etc. Students are introduced to different types of tools from both practical and theoretical methods that help students create better software, computer applications and mobile applications.
