The full form of NAAC is National Assessment and Accreditation Council. It is an autonomous body that assesses and accredits higher education in India. The UGC (University Grants Commission) was established in India based on the recommendations of the National Education Policy which emphasized the standard of higher education in India. NAAC was established in September 1994 and is headquartered in Bangalore.
Aim and Vision of NAAC
It aims to improve performance through quality assessment, promotion and other programs, a defining characteristic of higher education. He has divided his goal into several roles to achieve his vision which is given below.

- It also has unique publications by AIU, UGC, World Bank, UNESCO and many other renowned accreditation bodies.
- IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell Reports), SSR (Self Study Reports) and (RAR) Re-Accreditation Reports are separate collections in the library.
