No Objection Certificate is the full form of NOC. It is a type of legal certificate issued by any organization, entity, institute or individual in some situations. He has no objection to the terms of the certificate. Certification is a basic requirement in most government-based ministries in India.

Steps required to get NOC in India
These are the steps you need to follow to get NOC document in India.
- Step 1: Visit nearest RTO and apply for NOC using Form 28
- Step 2: Submit Form 28 along with required documents
- Step 3: You are required to pay a fee of Rs 100 for filling the document
- Step 4: Once the NOC is filed, the RTO will contact the nearest police station for further investigation
- Step 5: You have to pay all the outstanding fees and the RTO will then issue you a NOC
